KFF (Kaiser Family Foundation), a non-profit organization, is a leader in health policy analysis, polling and survey research, and health journalism, dedicated to filling the need for trusted information on national health issues. KFF serves as a non-partisan source of facts, information, and analysis for policymakers, the media, the health care community, and the public.
The Program on Medicare Policy works on a broad set of issues related to Medicare and the population it services, including projects on Medicare Advantage, affordability and retirement security, Medicare Part D and prescription drug costs, access to care, and Medicare spending and financing. Through a grant from an external funder, we are creating a new term-limited Research Analyst position that will assist with a project examining Medicare Part D plans’ formulary coverage of generic drugs and the implications of formulary coverage and tier placement decisions related to generics on consumer out-of-pocket costs and program spending.
This full-time position will be based in either KFF’s Washington, DC office or its San Francisco, CA headquarters. This position is grant-funded through June 2020. Competitive salary and an excellent benefits package included.
